Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please pull large trash cans to the road on Sunday evenings or when you check out.
Put all clean dishes away
Leave our home in the same condition you found it
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No shoes in the house please. Use outdoor shower to rinse off all sand before entering house or hot tub.
Please carry all luggage up the steps, do not drag luggage on steps as this damages the tiles.
If using the fish cleaning table, be sure to clean up completely on and around the table, there is chlorox cleanup under the kitchen sink to use

The Bay Haven was perfect for our family vacation. We had 7 total and were very comfortable. The property was the cleanest of all rentals we’ve had in the past. The interior was nice. The view of the bay was gorgeous. The teens enjoyed the hot tub and napping in the hammock. My wife and I enjoyed the captain chairs on the deck, especially with the sunrise over the bay. The fire pit area was a nice touch as well. We hope to go back.
