Schönes altstadtnahes Appartement mit Mängeln

Die Wohnung war schön und geräumig. Ein großzügiger Balkon mit Liegen stand zur Verfügung. Aber es fehlte der spezielle Zugangsschlüssel für die Dachterrasse, obwohl diese in der Wohnungsbeschreibung enthalten war. Die Küchenausstattung entsprach nicht der Preisklasse. Leider war nicht alles Geschirr sauber. Ein Duschtuch war schmutzig. Das Bad war nicht gründlich gereinigt ( eine alte Zahnbürste lag noch unter dem Waschbecken). Die polnische Agentur reagierte erst nach ein paar Tagen mit einer Entschuldigung, allerdings ohne Beseitigung der Mängel. Und der Hammer: Die polnische Agentur hat eine zusätzliche Bearbeitungsgebühr von 82,99 € verlangt, die bei FeWodirekt nicht ausgewiesen war. Hätte ich diese Summe nicht überwiesen, hätte man die Buchung storniert. Allerdings war dies erst nach den Terminen, an denen noch eine Rückerstattung an mich möglich gewesen wäre.
