This charming 🥰 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a dreamy, historic building right in the heart of Meissen’s historic old town. Nestled in a romantic alley, it’s just a 100-meter walk to the historic market. It doesn’t get much closer than this.<br><br>You can reach the S-Bahn in 5 minutes—it’s less than 500 m away. The world-famous porcelain factory is just 800 m away. You can reach Dresden by car in 30 minutes and by S-Bahn in 45 minutes. Even the famous Albrechtsburg Castle, which features exhibitions on the 1,000-year history of the city and porcelain, is only 700 metres or a 10-minute walk away. The Elbe River and the Meissen Old Town Bridge are also just a stone’s throw away—an 8-minute walk.<br><br>The apartment has been designed with love ❤️. We travel a lot for work and eventually got tired of impersonal hotel rooms. So we bought one or two apartments in various cities we visit regularly. Accordingly, we’ve furnished it in a way that makes us feel at home, and we hope you will too. In addition to the basic amenities like a bed, TV, chest of drawers, etc., we place special emphasis on providing lots of little things that make your holiday easier. An iron, umbrella, hair dryer—coffee, tea, trash bags, dish soap—it’s not a hotel, but you shouldn’t be missing a thing. For the little ones, we have a travel cot, a high chair, and an emergency kit with nappies.<br><br>The sunny apartment consists of a large living room with an open kitchen. There’s also a spacious bedroom. Adjacent to it is the bathroom with a tub. A flat-screen TV with Netflix access, along with numerous thoughtful touches and a great design concept, create a cosy, “at-home” atmosphere right from the start. Wi-Fi is available, as is a private parking space. The S-Bahn station is only 400 m away.
