Ready to be Barefoot and Beach Bound? Head to this cozy, ground floor golf villa with a great water view, relaxing covered patio at the incomparable Edgewater Beach Resort.

Step inside the Barefoot and Beach Bound villa for a comfortable retreat where relaxation meets sunshine. Located in the villas of Edgewater, you'll enjoy a spacious living area with ample seating including sleeper sofa, smart TV, patio access, and ceiling fan. The open floor plan includes a dining area with seating for six and the well-equipped kitchen with all large and small appliances, including a full pot coffee pot, toaster, and blender. We also provide dishware, cookware, and utensils needed for meals and snacks. A full sized washer and dryer, guest bathroom with tub/shower combo, plus high speed wifi round out conveniences.

The bedroom features two comfy queen beds, clothing storage, ceiling fan, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.

Our patio offers seating to enjoy a view of the golf course plus soothing water feature.

We include four beach chairs for guests to use (provided they have not been recently damaged). A seasonally heated pool (gets no lower than 84 degrees) is located just steps from our front door. This golf villa will comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Pets/ESA are not allowed.

Perfectly located between Front Beach Rd and Middle Beach Rd, guests can access any of the fantastic restaurants, water parks, grocery stores and more and avoid the traffic of getting there. We're less than 5 miles to Pier Park, located just west of the Thomas Drive and Front Beach Rd intersection. Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, sushi, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway, Waffle House, and Taco Bell.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and one parking pass.

This property is in an excellent location in the heart of Panama City Beach. With a golf course running through the property and various pools, there are endless activities on property while the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. It is a great and friendly community that makes anyone and everyone feel at home.

What makes this property unique

There is no place in Panama City Beach that rivals Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort, offering more amenities than any other area resort: enjoy the seasonally-heated pool right by our villa or stroll over the pedestrian bridge that is right next to our building to dip into the beachfront lagoon pool that is 11,500 square feet and surrounded by lush tropical foliage and waterfalls. There are plenty of pool loungers for relaxing or, at the lagoon pool, you can rent a set of VIP Lounge Chairs/Umbrella or a poolside Cabana with luxury amenities. The free kids splash pad and two additional hot tubs flank the lagoon pool, and for meals/snacks/drinks, stop into Oceans Restaurant or pop by Blenders or Shakers bar.

Summer entertainment at Edgewater includes beach bonfires, kids activities like Hermit Crab races, a photo scavenger hunt, beach volleyball, dive-in movies, poolside DJs, karaoke and more! (Some events require a fee.)

The nine-hole, par three executive golf course is located on our side of the resort along with 10 lighted Plexicushion tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, shuffleboard courts, a complete pro-shop for equipment rental for tennis and golf, plus high-tech fitness center. Golf has an additional fee for use, but the fitness center and all sport courts are available free of charge. We are also one of the closest villas to the convention center.

Additional on-site options include Edgie's beach store with Starbucks and ice cream, free tram service throughout the resort, and plenty of beach chairs, watersports and fun activities like parasailing, banana boat rides and waverunner rentals right in front of our property.
