Niet zoals geadverteerd
De geboekte stacaravan stond niet op het beloofde terrein met allerlei voorzieningen, maar op een naastgelegen camping. Bij aankomst was het huisje erg vies. Het meubilair onder de overkapping leek uit een dierenpension te komen de het servies en glaswerk was ronduit vies. Ook waren er diverse beschadigingen. Erg jammer, want de stacaravan heeft wel een leuke uitstraling en daardoor veel potentie.
Na een flinke poetsbeurt hebben we toch nog van ons weekje kunnen genieten. Het weer hielp hier ook bij.

EEZZ is 24/7 telefonisch bereikbaar. Helaas hebben wij tijdens jullie verblijf geen melding ontvangen van de klacht. Hierdoor hebben wij geen kans gekregen om de klacht direct op te lossen.
We vinden het prettig om te horen dat jullie ondanks de onaangenaamheden toch een prettige vakantie hebben gehad.
