The Modersnhof is located on the outskirts of Weiz. The 4,000 m² property offers a wonderful view of the basilica on the Weizberg. The exclusive holiday apartment, with its own entrance, is located on the upper floor. The secluded garden offers plenty of space and open air.
You’ll have exclusive use of the entire property with your family or friends!
For active holidaymakers, the local tennis club’s facilities are available for a fee from May through October. Büchl is also a popular area for Nordic walking and the starting point for challenging hikes up the Zetz or Raas. Cyclists will be thrilled by the wide variety of cycling routes! Lockable storage areas for bicycles are available to our guests. Motorcycle groups are welcome!
