Leicht sanierungsbedüftig.

Die kleine Wohnung roch vor dem Lüften und Rohrdurchspülen morgens und abends nach Abfluss aus dem Bad, was dem Vermieter auch bekannt war. Ein Küchenstuhl mit 2 sehr lockeren Beinen und das kleine unbequeme Sofa vermittelte auch den Eindruck des Vergänglichen.
