Wellness and history Xanten

A location with lots of nice facilities, everything was in place, and for a group of 10 friends a very pleasant home to stay. The environment around the guesthouse was very wide, but not that interesting, for us as a group not a big deal. With Xanten within short distance enough history and nice hot spots to go to. In combination with the great welness area an succesfull weekend.

Quaint and wonderful stay

All we were hoping for and more! Property was just beautiful and picture perfect. It was a place to relax and retreat. Great little town with a variety of restaurants only a few minutes away. We also enjoyed a relatively short (about 45 mins) drive to the Netherlands for a day. House had all that we needed to cook and enjoy as if our own. We were especially pleased to meet Hans, the owner, and learn all about the history of the home and tour the additional property. Hans was warm and friendly, giving us a lovely tour and much of his time. We enjoyed everything about the stay. The Wellness Retreat was a great add-on to our time. A special place to unwind and relax. Hans has done a superior job in making this home state of the art, allowing for many conveniences. We will certainly return and highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a lovely country stay- a time to refresh, reflect, and rejuvenate. Thanks again Xanten for sharing your loveliness with 5 Californians 🇺🇸

Een aardig huis, maar de gastheer verpestte ons weekend. Er waren stroomproblemen, waaronder een storing van ruim twee uur, rond etenstijd en met mensen in de sauna. We zaten zonder verwarming, zonder eten en in het donker. De host kwam langs maar toonde geen enkele empathie, maar wees alleen op huisregels zoals we dat de sauna hadden moeten dweilen (die we overhaast in het donker hadden moeten verlaten). Andere contactmomenten verliepen ook zo. Het begon al voor ons verblijf met dwingende verzoeken om een leesbevestiging van de huisregels. Tijdens het verblijf werd ons verweten niet de luidsprekers van het huis te gebruiken (die verstopt waren op een kast) terwijl dit volgens hem toch duidelijk in de huisregels (ergens achter de voordeur) stond. Waarom deze man gastheer is geworden is ons een raadsel.

Tolle Location mit allem, was man braucht

Wir hatten mit einer Gruppe von neun Personen einen tollen Aufenthalt über das verlängerte Wochenende. Der Wellnessbereich war wirklich perfekt und bot uns viele erholsame Stunden, das Landhaus selbst war hochwertig eingerichtet und ausgestattet und hatte alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Der Außenbereich ist absolut in Ordnung, leider war das Wetter etwas unbeständig. Preis Leistung wirklich angemessen, auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Ruhiges, sehr komfortables Landhaus, ideal für Gruppen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Landhaus in Xanten sehr genossen. Vor allem die ruhige ländliche Lage, die schöne Einrichtung, die super ausgestattete Küche und den dazu gebuchten Wellnessbereich haben uns sehr gefallen. Gerne wieder!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wundervolle Wohnung in einem alten Gutshof in Alleinlage. Die Einrichtung ist top und ideal auch für eine größere Gruppe. Auch kleinere Kinder können unbeaufsichtigt im Garten und den angrenzenden Wiesen spielen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im benachbarten Xanten, aber auch in verschiedene Hofläden. Gerne wieder!

Family Urlaub

Wir waren mit elf Erwachsenen und drei Kindern im Landhaus an der Gönn und sind sehr zufrieden. Die Location Haben wir genauso vorgefunden wie beschrieben und wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verlebt. Schlafzimmer Badezimmer sehr modern und vor allen Dingen bei so vielen Personen was toll, dass wir vier Badezimmer hatten und zusätzlich auch noch den Wellnessbereich. Wenn ich gefragt würde, was man auf diesem hohen Niveau noch verändern könnte, wäre das ein großer Fernseher in der Küche, Wohnbereich und größere Restmülltonnen. Dank an Familie Krebber und Mitarbeiter.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 12 Leuten dort. Das Haus war wunderschön, sehr hochwertig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Badezimmer sehr schön und die technische Ausstattung beeindruckend. Die Kommunikation verlief super, vorab gab es eine detaillierte Hausordnung mit Anweisungen. Ein unglaublich schönes Haus.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war einfach traumhaft! Das Haus war äußerst geräumig, was für unsere Gruppe perfekt war. Die ruhige Lage sorgte für eine entspannte Atmosphäre und bot uns die dringend benötigte Erholung. Die moderne Ausstattung des Hauses hat uns beeindruckt - von der Küche bis zum Badezimmer gab es nichts, was man vermissen könnte. Alles war tiptop in Schuss und sehr sauber. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier wirklich genossen und können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Wir (8 Freundinnen) hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende in dem großzügig geschnittenen, stilvoll eingerichteten und gut ausgestatteten Landhaus. Super Freunde Wochenende mit den Kindern

Unglaublich schönes Haus

Wir haben das Ferienhaus für unsere Hochzeit gebucht. Waren 3 Nächte vor Ort. Wir waren schon in sehr vielen Ferienhäusern aber dieses war das schönste. Die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Vielen Dank nochmal an den Vermieter der sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommend ist.

Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Einrichtung
