Welcome to this cosy and charming holiday rental in the beautiful town of Silberstedt, nestled in the lush countryside of Schleswig-Holstein and right between the two seas! The studio, featuring a living room, dining area, bedroom, and bathroom, is located on the upper floor of a single-family home (shared entrance) in a new housing estate. You’ll feel right at home here: spread over about 42 square metres, you’ll find a fully equipped, modern kitchen, a sitting area, a cosy sofa corner with a TV, and a snug double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m). The large, modern bathroom with natural light is equipped with a shower. In the garden, guests have access to a gazebo with outdoor furniture, and the parking spot is right next to the house.
Bedding, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price.
Holiday Rental:
The spacious living and bedroom area features a modern kitchen, charming details, and practical furnishings. Numerous skylights bring plenty of light and create a cosy atmosphere in the small apartment. As you enter, you’ll find a large kitchenette and a dining table for four people on the right. Straight ahead is a sofa with a coffee table and TV; a small hallway leads from the living area to the sleeping area. From the bed, it’s just a few steps to the high-quality, uniquely furnished bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
