For the young and young at heart, as well as guests looking for a fun and active holiday, our beautiful and cosy apartment is a paradise. It’s located just above the Tracouet Valley resort. The distance to the resort is just 150 metres, and in average snow conditions, you can ski or snowboard right up to the front door. All amenities are in the area, including shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, pubs, billiard clubs, arcades, a bank, a tourist office with plenty of information, as well as a post office and a free ski bus to Siviez. The sports centre is 500 metres away. The apartment is very quiet and equipped with all the amenities. It is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building, which is built on a hill and therefore offers a clear view of the town centre, the mountains, and the Rhône Valley.


Winter: The apartment is right next to the ski slope; in just a short walk, you can reach the Tracouet valley station and the Siviez ski bus.
Nendaz is located in the heart of Switzerland’s largest ski area, “Les 4 Vallées,” many of which are fully interconnected. There are 400 km of slopes covering all difficulty levels, from blue to black, as well as 100 mountain railways and ski lifts connecting to Verbier or Veysonnaz. Here you’ll find beginner slopes as well as challenging descents from Mont-Fort with its famous groomed runs and deep powder runs. Floodlit slopes and torchlight runs, snowshoeing, a toboggan run, ski and snowboard schools, ski and guest daycare, cross-country ski trails, 70 km of winter hiking trails, an ice rink, etc.
