Located directly on the Old Harbour of the Hanseatic city of Wismar, the newly built luxury holiday apartment complex “Hafenspitze” stands next to the restored Ohlerich Speicher. A total of 39 hotel-style, exclusive holiday apartments await you, each with a balcony, loggia, or terrace. These excellent apartments are 2- and 3-room units ranging from 42 square metres to 99 square metres of living space, all featuring high-quality amenities. All apartments feature underfloor heating. The units are spread across three floors and are easily accessible by lift. Some of the holiday homes are designed to be barrier-free. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available.

A limited number of bicycle parking spaces are available. Each holiday apartment offers a view of the harbour area and the Baltic Sea. The Hafenspitze complex also features a guest reception desk and dining options. You’ll spend your stay in a maritime setting and can reach Wismar’s Old Town in just a few minutes on foot, where you’ll find historic buildings and Brick Gothic churches, along with a viewing platform offering a panoramic view of the Hanseatic city. The holiday apartment described here, Hafenspitze 1, is a 3-room luxury apartment with a loggia located on the ground floor. The living area is 98 square metres. There are two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. Upon arrival, made-up beds for two people are included. Additional linen packages can be booked as needed. The apartment is designed to accommodate up to six people. Smoking is prohibited at Hafenspitze 1.

Are you looking forward to a relaxing stay in this very spacious 3-room holiday apartment—Hafenspitze1—with a living area of 98 square metres, which also offers a view of the harbour from the loggia? A light-filled, combined living/dining area—furnished to a high standard—welcomes you with floor-to-ceiling windows and an integrated, fully equipped kitchenette featuring a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and small appliances such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, etc. Electric roller shutters provide protection from the summer heat.

Additional technical amenities include an internet-enabled TV with hotel mode and internet radio. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Two separate bedrooms provide the ideal setting for a restful stay for up to 6 people. In addition, this unit features two very comfortable en-suite shower rooms. Upon arrival, the beds are already made for 2 people as part of the included service, and towels are provided.

If you’re travelling with more than 2 people, you’re welcome to book linen packages. The entire holiday home is equipped with underfloor heating, so you’ll always feel cosy and warm—even during the cooler months—as you enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea from the apartment.
