Alder & Antler feels like the kind of cabin you remember from childhood trips—hand‑hewn logs, a roaring pellet stove, the smell of pine on the porch, and quiet starry nights. --Bunkroom (main floor): Queen‑over‑Queen bunk (these are cozy quarters and designed as a space to simply rack out--while this room has beds to sleep four, it's a tight fit for more than 2 adults plus provisions/luggage--be sure to take a look at the photos and make sure it works for your crew)
•BATHROOMS: 2 full baths (clawfoot tub + two walk-in showers)
•LIVING: Open great room under vaulted timbers; cozy seating and dining for 6
•KITCHEN: Butcher‑block counters, Bosch + GE Café appliances, sturdy cookware, sharp knives, Keurig coffee maker (10-15 K-Cups provided), amply supplied for cooking and dining

•FAMILY: Pack ’n play, kid's toys, board games
•CLIMATE + COMFORT

What that means for you:
• Welcome snacks and beverages waiting when you walk in
• Premium essentials already stocked (Lavazza coffee, Tide detergent, Bounty paper towels—the good stuff)
• Custom digital guidebook with our favorite local restaurants, trail maps, ski tips, and house instructions
• Concierge support for birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, or any celebration
• Spotless cleanliness
• 24/7 local availability—text us and we respond in minutes, not hours

We handle the details so you can focus on being present. That's the Bespoke difference.

• •
PET POLICY
One well-behaved dog welcome (second upon approval). Pet fee is $50/pet/stay (all pets must be registered at time of booking)
• •
FIREWOOD + PELLETS
Pellets are provided for the pellet stove. While firewood is not provided for the firepit, bundles can be pre-purchased and placed in the home before your arrival or delivered during your stay (order from your Digital Guidebook Marketplace, or by messaging us).

• •
LOFT AIR CONDITIONING ONLY
Alder & Antler doesn't have central AC, but does have a mini-split with AC for the upstairs loft bedroom. We do have lots of deliciously cool nights; we recommend closing all windows during the day and opening them once it cools in the evening.
• •
SUMMER CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
Our mountain town has a short summer season, which means a compressed window for construction. New homes and road work happen quickly between June and September. While we update listings when we're aware of neighboring projects, we don't always have advance notice. If you're booking during warm weather months, it's safe to assume some construction activity may be happening nearby. We have no control over neighboring sites or noise, and unfortunately cannot provide refunds due to construction. That said, we're always here—reach out with questions, concerns, or noise complaints and we'll do what we can to help.
• •
CANCELLATION POLICY
We don't make exceptions to the cancellation policy agreed to at booking—this maintains fairness for all guests. Please review your reservation's cancellation terms carefully before finalizing. Please note all refunds (other than stays booked on Airbnb) will be less any credit card processing fees. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind. Thanks for understanding.

You'll receive complete driving directions and transportation tips after booking in your Digital Guidebook.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
*If you're flying into Boise International Airport, we recommend renting a vehicle directly from the airport.

*It's possible to get an Uber from Boise/BOI to Tamarack Resort, although it's not necessarily a reliable mode of travel; depending on your arrival time and season, you may have difficulty finding a driver who will accept your ride. Uber is not currently accepting advance reservations for trips to Tamarack Resort from Boise; on-demand rides will be your only option.

*If you're traveling in winter or you plan to enjoy the many off-roading adventures available in Valley County, we HIGHLY recommend a 4WD vehicle.

Why they chose this property

Alder & Antler sits in a quiet pocket of McCall that keeps you close to everything without feeling “in town.” You’re less than a mile from Ponderosa State Park, with its pine‑lined trails, bike paths, lake viewpoints, and winter Nordic skiing. Davis Beach on Payette Lake is a quick drive or easy bike ride away for sandy toes and afternoon swims. The McCall Golf Course and the paved bike path system are nearby, making it simple to swap hiking boots for bikes or clubs. Downtown McCall—with its coffee shops, pubs, restaurants, grocery stores, and marina—is only a few minutes by car, so you can grab supplies or dinner out and be back on the porch before sunset. In winter, roads are plowed and you’re well‑placed for snowshoeing in Ponderosa, Nordic trails, and a short drive to Brundage Resort and other local snow adventures.
