Experience the best of waterfront living at this spacious Tignall retreat. Designed for large families and multi-generational groups, this home offers the perfect balance of relaxation and recreation on Clarks Hill Lake.

🎮 The Ultimate Kids` Hangout:
The standout feature is our downstairs game room! It’s the perfect zone for kids and teens, featuring:

- Air Hockey Table for friendly competition.

- Three sets of bunk beds, creating a fun, camp-style sleeping area. That`s 5 twin sized beds and 1 full bed.

- Dedicated space for late-night laughs while adults relax upstairs.

- Downstairs outdoor entry. Kids can run in and out the house with bothering adults on the main living area.

⚓ Waterfront & Outdoor Living
Private Dock: Just a quick, easy walk to the water for boating, fishing, and swimming.

Outdoor Oasis: Enjoy a large yard, a porch patio for morning coffee, and a fire pit circle for sunset s`mores.

Grilling: Property holds a propane grill on the front porch. Propane is provided. Be sure to clean up after your delicious meal!

Ample Parking: Circular driveway with room for 6+ vehicles and covered parking for one. Boats are welcomed as well.

Sleeps 10+ Guests: Plenty of room across multiple living areas and two full bathrooms.

Kitchen: All appliances included. Refrigerator is a double door feature to hold tons of food during the stay. A standard, drip coffee pot is also included.

Open Concept: Large, hangout spaces perfect for group meals, gatherings, and movie nights.

Prime Location: Peaceful waterfront access where your best lake memories begin.

Parking is free and on site. There is a large circular / pull through driveway. This could hold at least 6 vehicles. There is also a covered parking spot underneath the porch deck. If need be, renters can park to the side along the road.

Renters will receive their check in instructions as well as door code a day before their check in date. The property does have keyless access.
