Welcome to our mobile holiday apartment of Wackersdorf. You will have two bedrooms and a big living area with a sofa bed. It is perfect for 5 people. This mobile home has a smart room layout of 40 m² and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. In the kitchen you will find all electrical appliances to include a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker and much more.
The home has two smart TV´s, all the side costs, WiFi, bedding and towels are included in the price. Next to the home is a camping place with a washer ready for use.
The mobile home is perfect for families, couples, groups, business people and it will be also a good workers rental.

Perfect Cozy Base Camp

Great location for anyone who would like access to nature AND the ease of taking the train to surrounding cities (about a 12-15 minute drive to Schwandorf station). Our family of four was comfortable. Thank you for the memories!

Schöne Unterkunft am Murner See mit Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man hat draußen einen kleinen Grill.Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung bis auf die Couch, diese war sehr fleckig und schmutzig. Die Schlaf- und Badezimmer waren ordentlich und sauber.Alles in allem eine gemütliche Unterkunft in guter Lage.

Das Wichtigste bei einer Unterkunft ist, dass ein guter Schlaf ermöglicht wird. In Haus 14 gibt es 4 Bettplätze: Das Doppelbett hatte immerhin einen vollständigen Lattenrost, die teilweise durchgelegen waren. Die beiden Einzelbetten hatten nicht mehr alle Latten am Rost, es fehlten mind. 4; einige waren angeknackst, viele waren durchgelegen (keine Wolbung zur Federung mehr). Wir hatten dies dem Vermieter gemeldet, daraufhin wurde eine einzige Latte neu angebracht, und der Rest mehr schlecht als recht über die Roste verteilt.Die Fenster konnten wir nur mit Tricks öffnen, das größte Fenster blieb nur mit zusätzlicher Stütze offen stehen. Außerdem konnten die Fenster nicht verschattet werden, was bei sommerlichen Temperaturen zu 35 in der Wohnung führte, Insektennetze gibt es auch nicht. Die Lage ist top, aber nebenan gibt es ja noch den Campingplatz.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Unser Hausmeister war nach Ihrer Meldung vor Ort und hat uns bestätigt, dass die Lattenroste wieder ordnungsgemäß hergerichtet wurden. Warum zuvor Latten fehlten und die Fenster nicht offen blieben, können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Ein Verdunkelungsrollo ist vorhanden, ein Insektenschutz gehört nicht zur Ausstattung. Bei weiterhin bestehenden Problemen hätten wir uns über eine erneute Nachricht gefreut, um direkt nachbessern zu können. Eine Bewertung mit zwei Sternen halten wir daher für unverhältnismäßig.

Also zuerst muss Mann sagen der Support war einfach und unkompliziert. Und vor allem, es würde immer sehr schnell reagiert. Perfekt. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber, aber es gab kleine Mängel. Wie an den Waschbecken sind die Platen zur Wand schon etwas in Mitleidenschaft durch das Wasser gezogen. Aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Sehr Hunde freundlich. Mega um mit deinem besten Freund in der Umgebung eine Runde zu Drehen. Und je nach Buchung sehr gut geeignet für Kinder. Also alles im alten sehr gute. Nur der Zugang zum Wasser ist etwas umständlich. Da nach Corona der direkte Zugang durch einen Zaun eingeschränkt ist. Mann muß jetzt raus auf der Hauptstraße etwa 300 Meter bis zum Parkplatz und dann ist Mann aber auch schon da. Es war sehr schön immer wieder gerne.

Es fehlte an nicht‘s. Die Sauberkeit lässt allerdings zu wünschen übrig….. die Einzelbetten waren sehr unstabil. die Umgebung war sehr schön.

Hier und da müsste mal was repariert werden. Die vorhergehende Endreinigung war nicht gerade gründlich. (Spinnenweben, dreck hinter der Schiebetür)Ansonsten war das Mobile Home wirklich toll. Von der Ausstattung her war alles vorhanden was man gebraucht hat, Bett war sehr bequem.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub, tolle Unterkunft, super durchdacht und eingerichtet, es war alles vorhanden. Auf Reklamationen wurde sofort reagiert, fanden wir persönlich sehr gut. Auch die Lage und Umgebung ist empfehlenswert. Wir sind schon am überlegen nächstes Jahr nochmal zu kommen. Herzlichen Dank

Kurzurlaub

Uns hat das Haus und die Lage sehr gut gefallen, alles ist sehr zentral . Was zu bemängeln wäre ist die Sauberkeit: Matratzen sehr fleckig, Couch sehr dreckig, der Boden sehr grenzwertig und wir hatten den ersten Tag keinen Tropfen warmes Wasser. Wir hatten zwei Hunde dabei die extra 90Euro gekostet haben für die Endreinigung ,das würde ich gerne morgen mir mal anschauen.

Schöner Urlaub

Sehr schönes Mobilhome mit gut durchdachter Einrichtung / Einteilung. Die Lage ist gut für viele Freizeitaktivitäten (Badesee mit Angebot Von SUP, Kartbahn, Wakeboarden). Kann man gerne weiterempfehlen.
