Two separate bedrooms, along with a bathroom with a shower and a guest bathroom, ensure comfort and privacy. The built-in kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more. You can relax on the seasonally furnished south-west-facing terrace. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a closet, as well as a shower room with a toilet and free use of the washing machine. A staircase leads to the upper floor, which features another bedroom with a double bed, a closet, a second TV, and seating. A guest bathroom is also available on this upper floor. Family-friendly amenities include a high chair, a cot, toys, and a handcart. This smoke-free home is ideal for up to 4 people. A free parking space is available directly at the house. Additional parking spaces are available in the surrounding public areas for a fee. Pets are not allowed. Charging electric and hybrid vehicles is not permitted.
