Spacious apartment with a great location

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for families. The apartment was very spacious and stylish. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. It was a great location, with many restaurants within close walking distance and grocery stores nearby. Also it was walking distance to Whordersee which was a bonus.

Great location - clean and quiet property

We stayed at the property consuming all 3 bedrooms available. You have a common room where you'll find a kitchen, bathroom (for two rooms) and a counter space. The only downside is there isn't a couch or comfortable sitting area here (only a counter and stools), so we mainly hung out in the bedrooms. The third bedroom has it's own on-suite bathroom. Bedrooms were good size, comfortable, clean and updated. There are extra pillows and linens available if needed as well. This apartment is the only one in a mixed use building. The patio pictured is a shared area for the building and not directly connected to the unit. Overall, the building was very quiet and the unit felt very safe. It's walking distance to many businesses and restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön! Alles da, was man braucht. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Leider kein Aufenthaltsraum vorhanden, was wir aber vorher wussten. Dafür kann man die Terrasse im Hof mitnutzen. Wir können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen!

Waren mit 6 Geschwister um die 60Jahre in Nürnberg Die Wohnung genug Platz für alle.Tolle ruhige Lage ,5 Minuten zur Tram ,einfache Linien .Leckerer Bäcker um die Ecke zum frühstücken "Der Beck" Werde es sicher weiterempfehlen.

War alles super, gerne wieder :)

Wir würden sehr unkompliziert und freundlich in Empfang genommen. Die Lage war für uns super, mit unserer kleinen 2 jährigen Tochter ging ziemlich alles gut zu Fuß. Die Nähe zur Innenstadt ist super und wir haben uns von vorn bis hinten wohl gefühlt. :) die Parkplatzsuche gestaltet sich ein bisschen schwierig aber mit war machbar. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gern wieder wenn wir in der Nähe sind :)

Funktionelle Unterkunft fuer Messebesuch

Ideal fuer uns 3 Kolleginnen waehrend der Messe. 3 grosse Zimmer in ruhiger Gegend mit dennoch vielen Restaurants und gutem Anschluss zum Zentrum/Messe. Super Flexibilität! (durch einen Streik mussten wir vorher anreisen). Es war etwas schwierig im Dunkelns den Schluesselsafe zu finden und zu begreifen dass das Tor zwar geschlossen aber nicht abgeschlossen war🙃

Familienwochenende

die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Minimalistisch aber ausreichend eingerichtet. Zentral gelegen für die sehr schöne Stadt Nürnberg zu besichtigen. Einkaufen, Restaurants Tramanschluss für die Innenstadt, alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Mit der Schlüsselübergabe hat auf Anhieb nicht geklappt. Zum Glück war noch Jemand im Haus der uns die Schlüssel geben konnte. Durch Corona war ja leider in den Restaurants um 22.00 Uhr Sperrstunden. Freundlicherweise hat uns der Vermieter einen Tisch und 6 Stühle in das größte Zimmer gestellt. So konnten wir dort den Abend verbringen. Super mitgedacht. Vielen Dank. Ein schönes Wochenende trotz aller Einschränkungen durch Corona.

Entspannt und modern

Zu Sechst hatten wir alle drei Schlafzimmer bewohnt. Alles war frisch, sauber und bei aller Klarheit wohnlich. Allerdings sind wir tagsüber unendlich viel zu Fuß durch Nürnberg gestreift und waren abends auch redlich müde. Dir Betten sind von bester Qualität. Wir waren stets erholt am nächsten Morgen. Und dank guter, parat liegender Informationen fanden wir auch prima Restaurants und Frühstückscaffees in der Nähe. Wir würden genau dort wieder wohnen wollen. Einzig ein Korkenzieher fehlte, wir hatten auch keinen dabei.

Auf ein Wochenende in Nürnberg

Hatten die Wohnung für eine kleine Gruppe, für ein Wochenende gemietet. Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt in absolut ruhiger Lage mit einigen Restaurants und Kneipen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist schön groß und war für uns von der Lage her ideal. Die Nutzung des Innenhofes war eine super Ergänzung.
