Super family friendly. We had 4 families with kids for Memorial Day weekend, and the property was amazing. Tons of games and things to do on site. Our kids almost had more fun at the house than at the pool! Hosts were proactive and communicative. At only 15 minutes from Lava and away from all the craziness, this was a much more laid back place at an amazing price point. Will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay here and can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and how warm and welcoming the home felt. Every detail has clearly been thought through to create a comfortable and relaxing experience.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—truly one of the best-equipped rentals we’ve stayed in. The location was perfect, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding area while still feeling like a peaceful retreat.We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home, like sound machines in each room and the abundance of supplies for families with small children. Those little details made a big difference. The recreation room was a huge hit with everyone and added so much fun to our stay.This home exceeded our expectations in every way. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is perfect for large to small family gatherings. Its close to Lava Hot Springs but isolated away from the hustle and bustle where you can feel like you're getting away, have your own space on 5 acres, private fire pit, and 4000 sq foot home with all the comforts. With space both inside and outside it fits the bill for almost any family. Like to camp, bring some tents. You'll love drinking from the fresh well water that tastes delicious. And kids will find the garage/recreation room a place to play with ample entertainment.
