CANCELLATIONS – A minimum of 120 days cancel notice from arrival is required for refund of payment(s). If a cancellation notice is received less than 120 but greater than 60 days from the date of arrival a 50% refund. Rental payment will be forfeited if cancellation is within 60 days of arrival.
