Beautiful detached vacation home with private pool for 8 people in an urbanization of El Arahal near Seville.

Upon entering this beautiful house from recent times, you enter directly into the spacious living room and open kitchen. Here you will also find 2 double bedrooms and via a staircase you reach the attic with 4 more beds. In front of the house you will find a great terrace with barbecue and view of the pool, which invites you to cozy barbecue evenings with the whole family.

The house is located in the urbanization Valleverde between the towns of El Arahal and Morón de la Frontera and is accessible via a 3 km dirt road in good condition.
Valleverde is a quiet urbanization consisting of detached houses. The location is ideal for a vacation away from noise and bustle, but with good access to the centers of the surrounding towns.

El Arahal is a quiet town of Roman origin and an undoubtedly Arabic name. It is a great example of different architectural styles, such as the town hall, the front of the ?Hospital de la Misericordia?, as well as the baroque church of the same name.
