About this property

Blue Suede Suite in the heart of downtown Corinth

Step into a piece of history in this beautifully charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment located in the heart of downtown Corinth, MS. Brimming with character and timeless appeal, this unique space is famously known as a place where Elvis Presley once stayed, adding a special touch of rock-and-roll history to its story.
High ceilings, classic details, and warm natural light give the apartment an inviting, lived-in feel you just can’t replicate. The layout is comfortable and functional, with two spacious bedrooms, a cozy living area, and a full bathroom that blends vintage charm with everyday convenience, and private balcony in the front and back of home.
Situated downtown, you’re just steps away from local shops, restaurants, and Corinth’s rich cultural scene—perfect for anyone who loves walkable living with personality. Whether you’re an Elvis fan, a history lover, or simply someone who appreciates a home with soul, this apartment offers a rare blend of charm, location, and story.
IMPORTANT so please read BEFORE YOU BOOK. This a 150 year old Historic Home, therefore it comes with the quirks an old home has. If you are looking for "brand new," this is NOT a place for you. It is on the 2nd/3rd floor with separate entrance for privacy. Though it has been remodeled in the past, it is not perfect, but it is beautiful with the best location in town. So, if you need a space with brand new windows, perfect floors, doors that line up perfectly even, (the house has shifted in time so please take that into consideration), high tech everything, then this is not the place you need to choose. But if you enjoy history, don't mind imperfections here and there because you see beauty in the simple nostalgia, like being in a space that is clean, has a private balcony, within very short walking distance to all shops and restaurants downtown, and is quiet/peaceful then this is your space! If this were ALL brand new and "perfect", the price would reflect that. We have kept the rate we charge lower than other downtown locations and I would rather be transparent/charge less and have you happy when you check in. I love the ambience, smell, creaks in a floor, little details that only the old homes have, and we want our guests to feel the same! I am happy at any time before you book to answer any questions you may have. We would love to host you!

The stay was wonderful! This is a really neat apartment that has a lot of history to it. It was clean and it was well stocked with items like toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The property mananger replied very quickly to all of my messages.
