Features: 1,307 sq. ft. plus a large furnished lanai with a water view. It is close to the swimming pool, beach, and Tradewinds on the shore of Lake Davenport! Plus the theme parks are only a short drive away!

All shared amenities are open and operating under limited capacity and new operating hours. Specific information will be provided after booking.

Outdoor parking is available at no charge.

Motorcycles are permitted but may not remain on a trailer.

Trailers of any kind, RVs, and jet skis are not allowed. Commercial or logo-marked vehicles are also prohibited unless they are actively providing service or making a delivery.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
