The house is in a safe, quiet community. With the spacious layout, it was the perfect size for my whole family. The host was highly responsive before and during our stay. Very convenient location to shops and Brookshire Grocery Arena. Would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

The house was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and quite spacious . The living areas were very well laid out and accommodated our group well. Kitchen well stocked. We felt very safe when walking in the neighborhood. There is a bit of construction as the neighborhood is new, but it did not bother us. Would highly recommend this nice home.

Perfect stay for our group of nurses in town for an audit! The home is located in a very safe, quiet neighborhood, which gave us total peace of mind after long days. The layout provided plenty of privacy for everyone while still offering a great communal space for our team meetings. Clean, spacious, and highly recommended for healthcare travelers! 10/10

The house is bright and well designed. The respond of the owners when the WiFi went out was proactive and appreciated. The directions could be (and will with future neighborhood development) a little clearer. There were plenty of chairs for a "family meal". Cooking essential's, seasonings, oil, ketchup, etc.... would be appreciated.

We're glad you loved the home's layout and felt well taken care of during the brief WiFi outage. Your feedback about the driving directions and kitchen essentials is incredibly helpful—we are already working on updating both for our next guests. We appreciate your stay and would gladly welcome you back anytime!

We stayed at this property July 2–5, 2026, and everything was wonderful from start to finish. The home was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and immediately made us feel comfortable — truly a home away from home. The hosts were amazing and provided excellent communication throughout our stay. They thought of so many details that made the visit easy, including plenty of towels, kitchen seasonings, and all the appliances and essentials we needed. The internet worked perfectly, which was a huge plus. The location was also ideal. The home is in a beautiful new development with a quiet neighborhood feel, but still close to the freeway and major shopping options like Sam’s Club and Target. It was the perfect balance of peaceful and convenient.Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The home was comfortable, the area was great, and it was absolutely worth the money. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming home in a great location near shopping and amenities.

About the host

After living in several different countries and traveling extensively, I know exactly what makes a house feel like a home. I am a professor and a lifelong learner who enjoys poetry and good conversation. I became a host because I love the idea of creating a sanctuary for travelers where they can rest and recharge. I’m excited to share my home and my favorite local tips with you!

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood because it perfectly captures the spirit of Shreveport—quiet, friendly, and full of character. I love the tree-lined streets and the sense of community you feel just walking around the block. It’s the kind of place where neighbors still wave to each other, making it feel like a true 'home away from home' rather than just a rental. My favorite part is being tucked away from the noise while still being just a short drive from the city’s best local dining and parks

What makes this property unique

The standout feature of this property is the sheer sense of space. It’s rare to find a 4-bedroom home in this neighborhood that feels both grand and cozy. I chose this property specifically for its layout, which allows large groups or multi-generational families to stay under one roof without feeling crowded. Whether you're enjoying the expansive living area or the private backyard, you’ll find that this home offers a level of scale and serenity that is hard to find elsewhere in the area.
