About this property

The property was the original stable of the farm and was completely refurbished and converted into a high standard, modern cottage. Located on the north coast of Tenerife in the municipality of La Orotava, the 50m² 1 bedroom apartment has a living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a queen size bed (1.60m wide) and a huge bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The property can accommodate a maximum of 3 people (2 in the queen size bed and we can put a folding bed in the livingroom for a kid). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, Flat screen satellite TV (German channels). It also has a washing machine, an iron and a baby cot and high chair (on request).

The furnished, private terrace and the Sun-Deck with Ocean and Mountain Views, invite you to relax. Here you can make yourself comfortable with a good book or a glass of wine and enjoy the tranquility of the setting. The nearest beach is about one kilometre away and can be reached on foot in 25 minutes. There you will also find the new restaurant ""Bollullo Beach"" with a wonderful Chill-out terrace overlooking the Beach. The almost virgin beach of El Ancon with its amazing black volcanic sand is also only 1,3km away and can be reached on foot through a beautiful trail on top of a cliff with breath-taking views over Playa Los Patos and Puerto de la Cruz.

There are a variety of supermarkets only a 5-8 minute drive away and a small restaurant 300 meters away. Other restaurants, bars and cafes are located in Puerto de la Cruz and Orotava, 3 km away (only 6-8 minutes by car). The airport Tenerife North is an 18-minute drive away and Tenerife South Airport 55 minute drive. The nearest bus stop is 50 meters from the holiday home right outside the property.
