The light-flooded, loft-like holiday home was once the stable building of the approx. 200-year-old finca. A spiral staircase leads to the cozy sleeping area, equipped with a wide double bed, which invites you to dream. The bright living area stands out due to the still existing trough, which preserves the original character of the house. In this living area there are also two additional sleeping options, one of them in an annex. Otherwise, the sofa beds invite you to cuddle or read comfortably. On cool evenings, a fireplace ensures comfort and romance. The open kitchen is fully equipped and fits harmoniously into the living area. The spacious bathroom is also worth mentioning, because it is equipped with a so-called rain shower, so that nothing stands in the way of a relaxing wellness program. In front of the house is the terrace, directly in the green, with a view of palm trees and avocado trees. It is equipped with a large table and six chairs. There are also two adjustable wooden loungers for sunbathing. When the lights are switched on in the evening and the palm trees in front of the terrace are illuminated, you can relax with a glass of wine. If you don't feel like cooking, there is a grill right next to the terrace with an additional seat.

From the warmth of the greeting from Susana when we arrived to the beautiful finca itself, we had the most wonderful stay. Our home from home in stunning surroundings, we didn’t want to leave. It was the perfect place to spend our week that we only ate out once!

Sehr schöne, individuell gestaltete Unterkunft, die "eine Seele" hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Offene Unterkunft, die einzige Tür ist die zum Bad. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Persönlicher Empfang von Susana, die in der Küche alles für ein Frühstück am nächsten Morgen bereit gestellt hatte, sodass wir in Ruhe vor dem ersten Einkauf ausschlafen konnten.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Man betritt das Anwesen aus einer kleinen Nebenstraße - und ist plötzlich in einer anderen Welt: Eine gepflegte Gartenanlage, Palmen, Avocadobäume; darin das geschmackvoll eingerichtete und gut geschnittene Appartment mit großer Terrasse und Liegestühlen. Sehr ruhig, viel Privatsphäre und mit einer richtig freundichen Vermieterin, die alles liebevoll und mitdenkend gestaltet. Ich werde sehr gerne wieder kommen!

La casa está genial, súper bonita y acogedora tanto dentro como en el exterior. Tienes todo lo que puedas necesitar en tu estancia allí, ya que Susana cuida todos los detalles para que no te falte de nada, desde dejarte comida y bebida de bienvenida (muchas gracias!) hasta dejarte bolsa y toallas de playa, termo, nevera portátil... Susana es un encanto, disponible en todo momento para lo que necesites. Hemos estado muy a gusto y hemos disfrutado un montón de la casa y por supuesto de su bonita zona exterior.

Wundervoller Platz

Wenn man sich entschließt individuell mit Mietwagen die Insel zu erkunden, gibt es wahrscheinlich keinen schöneren Platz. Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich nett vor allem wurde uns der Tag der Ankunft sehr versüßt, da der Kühlschrank schon gefüllt war. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Über das mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Haus wurde von all den positiven Vorgänger-Kommentaren alles gesagt. Hervorheben möchten wir noch einmal speziell die Liebenswürdigkeit und Grosszügigkeit der Gastgeberin Susana L. O. Umwerfend! Im Haus mit der direkt angrenzenden Garten-Plantage (Avocados) mit diversen anderen Pflanzen, Sträuchern und Bäumen/Palmen kann man hervorragend entspannen, spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge und buntes Vogelgezwitscher inklusive! Wenn man das Paradies sucht, dann ist es hier. Einzigartig, wunderbar, fantastisch… Die richtigen Worte finden wir nicht, um dieses Kleinod zu beschreiben. Jeden Tag haben wir neue Details in und um das Haus entdeckt. Es ist alles so herrlich. Wir wollten hier am liebsten nicht mehr weg. Eine Woche ist einfach zu wenig. Einfach Wunderbar!

Für uns war das perfekt. Ein lichtdurchflutetes Landhaus mit sehr viel Charme. Toll abgestimmte Einrichtung und Deko. Sehr viel Platz im Haus und der Terrasse für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Es ist absolut alles vorhanden was man in einer Ferienhaus benötigt. Zur Begrüßung waren die wichtigsten Dinge schon im Kühlschrank und man kann den Urlaub beginnen ohne für das erste Frühstück einkaufen zu müssen. Der ungestörter Blick auf Palmen, Blumen und Avocadobäume ist herrlich. Das kleine Paradies liegt trotzdem sehr zentral. Man ist mit dem Mietwagen in wenigen Minuten auf der TF-5, in Puerto de la Cruz, am Strand Bollullo oder auf dem Weg in die Berge. Zum Essen gehen gibt es ja überall etwas zu entdecken, unsere Empfehlung in der Nähe Casa Angel (20 Meter) und San Diego (4 Minuten mit Auto). Lieben Dank an Susana für den sehr, sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Un havre de paix

Je recommande chaleureusement la finca de Susana. C'est un havre de paix très soigneusement décoré entouré par les avocatiers de la finca. Nous avions plaisir à revenir dans cet endroit apaisant tous les soirs.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Wir waren sehr begeistert von dem Haus. Das Haus liegt mitten in einer Avocado Plantage. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und stimmig auf das rustikale Haus eingerichtet. Susanna hat uns sogar mit Lebensmitteln für den Start ausgerüstet. Hat uns sehr gefreut nach dem anstrengenden Flug nicht noch zum Supermarkt fahren zu müssen. Wir durften sogar Mangos aus dem Garten ernten die waren super lecker. Sogar frische Blumen standen auf dem Tisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Entschleunigt!

Wir waren 1 Woche bei Susanna zu Gast. Es war wunderbar! Wir haben die Ruhe, den Ausblick, das Haus, den Garten, die Umgebung genossen. Wir sind am Abend angekommen und von Susanna freundlich begrüßt worden. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Das "Begrüßung ungspaket " mit Wein, Käse, Brot etc. ist einfach toll. Man kann in Ruhe am anderen Morgen aufstehen und alles zum Frühstück ist da. Ein Traum! Der Ausblick über die Avocado-Bäume ist einfach unbeschreiblich. Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche dort erlebt und komplett entschleunigt. Wir haben Freunde auf Teneriffa im Süden wohnen mit denen wir die 2. Urlaubswoche im Süden verbringen wollten. Dennoch haben wir mit uns gehadert, ob wir nicht einfach in der Finca bleiben und verlängern. Sind dann doch in den Süden. Die Abreise ist uns wirklich schwer gefallen. Es ist einfach ein toller Ort zum entspannen und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Auch die von Susanna empfohlenen Strände und Restaurants waren perfekt.

Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Urlaub

Wir können die positiven Bewerungen vollauf bestätigen. Susana ist eine sehr sympatische Gastgeberin. Wir kamen erst abends an. Da hatte sie für uns ein Grundsortiment , sogar für das Frühstück hingestellt. Das Ferienhaus ist wunderbar ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Für uns war die Unterkunft perfekt. Leider verging die Zeit viel zu schnell. Wir kommen wieder. Alles Gute Susana und vielen Dank

Traumhafter Familienurlaub

Der Urlaub in dem Haus war traumhaft schön . Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Es ist alles für einen schönen Urlaub da. Frau Lunstedt-Otten ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Der Garten, eine Avocada-Plantage ist sehr schön mit Ausblick auf das Meer. Das Grundstück war für uns eine Insel der Ruhe und ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden.
