Hello, I moved to Pensacola in '73 due to my father being in the Navy. Pensacola is the oldest city in the USA, not St Augustine that many believe. St. Augustine is the oldest running city though since Pensacola was wiped out by a hurricane. I also operate a luxury charter business on a 42' power catamaran.

Why they chose this property

Bayou Chico is beautiful and just minutes to the Pensacola pass by boat. Minutes to explore downtown, the Naval Air Museum and historic lighthouse on base.

What makes this property unique

This property is one of a kind. Trains dropped off mahogany and picked up the dried wood after drying in the kiln. This is where you will be staying, the kiln! The history here and around town is amazing.
