The Space:

From the moment you walk into your new home for the week, you will immediately fall in love with it. The brand-new unit has the top-of-the-line furnishings, decor, and amenities. No detail has been overlooked to ensure you have a lifelong memorable experience. The view is one of the best at the lake. Did we mention LOCATION! An easy drive or boat ride to anything you want to experience at the Lake. When you walk into the 4th-floor unit you will appreciate how roomy the entire unit is, the 9' ceilings throughout, and the modern white decor looks ultra classy yet extremely welcoming. You will never feel crowded. As you walk past the 3rd bedroom to your right, and the 2nd master bedroom to your left, both with full ensuite baths, you will be welcomed into the wide open living space including the modern kitchen, dining area, central island, and well-appointed living room which looks out the wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows that leads to the large oversized balcony.



Enjoy the big game on the 75" Smart TV, or settle in on a cozy winter night, turn on a romantic flick, set the smart lights to match the mood, and set the 72" electric fireplace to the right temperature.

Off to the right of the main room is the large welcoming master suite. Once in the master suite, the wall to your left is a l large wall of windows spanning from floor to ceiling giving you unprecedented views of the lake day or night, plus direct access to the oversized balcony. Comfy king mattresses and 100% blackout shades will ensure a restful night. The master bath is almost as spacious as the bedroom and you will love the modern decor and the private toilet /shower room.



The true gem is the oversized balcony, complete with dinner table and 6 swivel chairs. You will find yourself migrating here often throughout your stay, whether to enjoy reading a great novel, watching an incredible sunrise sipping on your morning coffee, or in the evening enjoying your favorite adult beverage and trying to beat your kids at a game. This is where moments are created.



That is just the unit. Make sure you check out all the pictures. The complex has a $2 million dollar multi-pool area, with large decks and plenty of loungers or patio tables. There is also a large turf area to play with the kids or take in a lazy day laying out. Multi-gas grills are located just off the community gym, yoga/meditation room, and clubhouse, and near the point are two large gas fire tables.



Water toys such as kayaks, paddleboards, boat slips, and even an excursion on a Captained 40' Sea Ray express cruiser can be added to your reservation for an additional cost, located on-site, the dock right below the unit. Call or email for details.



Guest Access:

This unit is located up 1 flight of steps from the parking lot. And, 3 flights above the pools, gym, common BBQ area, Firepits, and the lakefront boardwalk and docks. Feel free to use the elevator to pack all the necessities. It is located between bldg 1 & 2



The Neighborhood:

Topsider is the newest and one of the most luxurious condo complexes at the Lake. Centrally located right in the heart of Osage Beach. Hy-Vee, Walmart, Target, Diebergs, Walgreens, CVS, Lowes, HD, Menards, and Movie Theaters, 9 golf courses within 10 miles. Backwater Jacks, Dog Days, Lake House 13, and Encore, all are located within minutes of our home. Bldg 1-4 and pools 1 & 2 are on the water's edge, along with the gym/clubhouse/ BBQ grills and Firepits. Interaction with Guests:

We do have another unit in the building and spend a good amount of time enjoying the lake. So either we or an onsite representative is available the majority of the time to assist if needed.
