This a spotless small house. Communication either owner excellent. Some essentials were missing at first- lamp, pillows, but everything was fixed in 24 hours.The location along the Maine coast perfect for visiting small ports and towns.

My husband and I stayed for a month in July. The location near the water was great so we kept the windows open. A couple days we had a heat wave which we asked for portable air conditioners and the host complied immediately. Stores and restaurants were in walking distance from the house. Only downside was noise from the marina during the work week.
