Why they chose this property

My neighborhood has a very calm atmosphere while located close to downtown Minneapolis. There is more foot traffic, dog walking, and strollers than cars on my street.

What makes this property unique

My neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly while only 15 minutes away from downtown. Easy to get to a Vikings, Twins, and Timberwolves game as well as the Minnesota Orchestra and multiple Theatres. Freeway access is less than a mile from the house, and there are many great restaurants within a couple mile radius.
