This is a cozy basement apartment, super clean and nicely renovated. It's close to Central Park, Stanley Marketplace and so many fun things!

Perfect for us. Very nicely appointed basement apartment. Close to our daughter, plenty of room. Yes, you hear the people above. Only downer was when someone took a shower at 11:30 at night.
