Montebello comfort - 3 Bdrm Townhome walkable to Whistler Village
This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom professionally decorated townhome includes many features to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. It sleeps 6-8 and includes 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twins and a queen sofa bed in the living room.
You enter the townhome on the main level which includes a lovely front entrance with slate floors, a fully equipped kitchen, and living area complete with a 25 foot vaulted ceiling, 2 comfortable sofas and chair, coffee table, flat screen tv and entertainment centre. There is a river rock gas fireplace to gather around and relax after a great day outdoors! The dining room has seating for 8 and sliders open up to the patio, hot tub and one of the more private back yards at Montebello.
The upper floor includes 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with 2 twins and both include their own private bathrooms. There is a balcony off the master bedroom where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful setting.
Parking for one vehicle is available in the private garage and a second vehicle can be parked in the driveway. There is also additional visitor parking available nearby. Skies and bikes can be stored in the garage.
This property is non-smoking and pets are not permitted.
The townhome is just a five minute walk from the north side of whistler village you can easily travel on foot to find groceries, coffee shops, a liquor store, restaurants, shopping and a children’s play area (and very popular candy store)! The valley trail is literally just outside your doorstep and you can walk or bike to many of the beautiful areas that whistler has to offer. There is a kid’s skill building area for young bikers with fun ramps and bumps to ride over as well as some large bumps for more adventurous teenagers and a skate board park all just 5 minutes away. Lost lake is also very close (a 15 minute walk) and you can stroll around and enjoy the beautiful scenery, hike or ride the many trails above it, or hang out at the beach in the summer time. In the winter lost lake is a very popular area for cross country skiing. For downhill skiers the lifts for both mountains (whistler or blackcomb) are just a short 2 minute cab, or for those wanting to walk about 20 minutes away if walking with skis. We recommend parking in the day lots up the road for a reasonable fee. Being 5 minutes out of the village means that you can enjoy the peace and quiet that you would not likely find if you stayed directly in the village.

We live just outside Vancouver, BC and for years had dreamed of buying a property in Whistler. We love the outdoors and especially skiing and mountain biking and Whistler is our absolute favourite playground! We love to share our home away from home with other families or friends who want to explore this beautiful area.
Why they chose this property
We chose this property because we love it! It is close to the village and trails yet not right in the heart of the action where it can be quite noisy. A 10 minute walk brings you to the village. It is spacious and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, and a private hot tub in the back. When we come to Whistler we are truly able to relax here while still being very close to the Village! You can walk to the Village lifts in about 15 minutes but we prefer to drive the couple of blocks and pay for parking in the Blackcomb Way day lots and save our energy for the mountains!
What makes this property unique
There are many wonderful things about this award winning Montebello townhome. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes granite counter tops, stainless appliances, a gas range, sub-zero fridge and lovely heated floors to warm your toes during the winter! The two bedrooms upstairs both have private bathrooms one with a soaker tub/shower and the master has twin shower heads and dual sinks perfect for a couple to share in. There is a third bathroom with a shower located on the main level. In December 2024 the main floor of our townhome was updated with new furniture, art work and floor coverings. The beautiful new look is now in place and is modern contemporary while retaining a Whistler relaxed vibe.
A stacking washer and dryer, ironing board and iron can also be found downstairs. Free high speed internet is included at no charge.
