The space
The apartment is a newly furnished one-room studio and features a modern design and a very cosy atmosphere.

Thanks to fiber-optic internet, you’ll have the fastest possible internet connection in the region.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible by lift.

The apartment is ideal for business travellers and holidaymakers. Children are welcome. I’m happy to provide an additional travel cot free of charge. Please check availability in advance.

The living room is furnished with a large sofa that folds out into a 1.9-meter-long sleeper sofa. A double topper mattress ensures even greater sleeping comfort.

The new, large 55-inch Samsung TV can be rotated 360 degrees. This allows you to enjoy free Netflix in Ultra HD and multilingual TV channels from your bed, the dining table, or the sofa.

The dining table for 4 people is suitable for both dining and working.

The bedroom is furnished with a 1.8 m x 2 m double bed. A large headboard spans the entire width of the bed.

International adapter plugs and USB outlets are also located on each side of the bed and at the table.

The kitchen is equipped with dishes for 4 people, an electric stove, a microwave, a kettle, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a Nespresso machine.

The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower.

The entire apartment is at your disposal during your stay.

Other things to note
In case of early arrival, luggage can be stored at the Zug train station.

Rentals longer than 30 days are available upon request.

For stays exceeding two weeks, we arrange for regular cleaning services, which will be billed separately. Additional cleanings are available by arrangement.
