This combination of 2 holiday homes has a wonderful ski-in/ski-out location. On both the first and second floors are living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. The bunk beds are only suitable for children. There is parking at the accommodation and you can end your holiday days relaxing on one of the 2 balconies overlooking the distinctive nature
Rauris is quietly located and equipped with a varied and modern ski area. The top of the ski resort reaches 2175 metres. From here you have breathtaking views of Austria's highest mountain, the Großglockner. The ski area is clear and has plenty of easy runs. There are excellent practice slopes, ski schools with playing fields and treadmills. This makes this ski area very popular with families with children. Want to spend a day skiing somewhere else? The Gasteinertal or the Hochkönig region are nearby.

Outside winter, nature lovers or active holidaymakers are sure to get their money's worth here too. Located in a narrow green valley, Rauris is surrounded by mountains belonging to the National Park Hohe Tauern. Within 30 minutes you can reach the famous Kaprun glacier. You can ski all year round here! Moreover, it is recommended to discover the beautiful surroundings on a cycling or hiking tour

The accommodation consists of several separate housing units that are not directly connected to each other
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
