Please note:

Bedroom 3 is a large bonus rooms, accessible via stairs from the living/dining area. There is no door. It house two trundle beds. One is always made up as a king, the other as a twin. The twin can also be pulled opened to create a king size. Should you need to open it, there is clean bedding located in the trundle drawer.

This property has a separate basement unit with a separate entrance and is occupied by a long-term tenant. The yard and patio area remain exclusively for your use. The driveway is reserved for the long-term tenant, and we kindly ask that you utilize the abundant on-street parking. Thank you for your understanding.

Check in was super smooth and the home was lovely and clean. There is a city bus that runs just pass the corner of the home but didn’t cause any disturbances. It was a great location and the neighborhood was good.
