This property is amazing!!! Everything has been thought out- beds are comfy, yummy coffee, beautifully furnished. Wonderful location as well!! Would highly recommend and we'll be back:)
Very nice set up. Clean and stylish. Location is great too. Walkable distance to campus and nearby eateries. One block from a bus stop (2 or 15) that takes you to downtown easily. Will stay again.
The house was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and more than comfortable for our family group of five. We had no issues with street parking and no issues getting Uber rides into downtown. I will 100% stay here again on our next visit and highly recommend this property!
Shari was a wonderful host who was very easy to communicate with! She quickly helped us solve issues on dates and other logistics and was kind, flexible, and accommodating. The property was lovely! The entire apartment was updated, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Extra touches like an easy to scan QR code for Wifi and charging ports in all bedrooms were such thoughtful additions that elevated the property and made the stay feel effortless. Street parking was easy and we were always able to find a spot on the street. The shopping/eating district was walkable from the property which made finding food and other necessities quite easy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and will recommend this great property to others who wish to stay in the area.
This property was fantastic. Thoughtfully curated, with no detail or amenity left out. I have visited Chicago many times in my life but have never stayed in this area. It was perfect for our family. Close to local shops, restaurants, and necessities. While the parking is on the street, we never had an issue finding a spot right outside of the property. And we were here in a weekend. The property is also close to Navy Pier, Shed Aquarium, and the downtown theatre district. The accommodations were very comfortable, and neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. The host was also very welcoming, making sure that we were comfortable throughout our entire stay. If I needed to call, I received a prompt call back to address my inquiry.I have booked many short term rentals in many states. I’ve also owned my own short term rental property. This property is the pinnacle. If you’re ever in Chicago, you don’t want to miss this. It is an overall beautiful experience. Anytime that I come back, I’ll be staying here.
First, the host was readily available upon check-in. I had to call her because we were having trouble with the lock. She helped us right away. The property was well-appointed. It provided everything we needed and things we didn't know we needed. It was close to the presidential center (purpose of our visit), restaurants and stores. We also loved sitting out on the front porch. My only recommendation would be to install a grab bar for the tube. My 80 year old family member was afraid to use it. We have and will continue to recommend this property to our friends and family.
This place was amazing ! Great location , wonderful layout and the host was so responsive . I would 10/10 recommend this .The inside is gorgeous and the neighborhood is perfect . You are close enough to everything but far enough away that you do not feel like you are actually in a city .
We had a great experience easy Uber rides to downtown & soldier field. The home was lovely! We were safe, it was beautiful, beds were comfortable and it was very quiet!
