About this property

Quartier78 - Welcome to our friends in Mittweida

Our holiday home is a semi-detached house located in a residential area in the Lauenhain district, right next to the college town of Mittweida. From here, you can reach all your destinations in town in just a few minutes—it’s about 15 minutes to the university and about 20 minutes to the market. Lake Kriebstein is about a 25-minute walk from the house. There, you can enjoy plenty of recreational activities, such as a hike to Kriebstein Castle or the Raubschloss. In the summer, the ferries run, and you can rent boats or rafts. Restaurants are also within a 25-minute walk, or you can order food delivery. Of course, you’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen here, or you can fire up the grill, which is, of course, available for your use on-site. Garden furniture, including a lounge chair, is also provided for you. There’s plenty of space in the garden to play and run around, and there’s even a fire pit on-site for an evening campfire.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, vor allem im Bad kann absolute Wohlfühlatmosphäre auf. Nicht ganz so schön fanden wir das Schlafzimmer im Keller, was aber von der Raumaufteilung her gar nicht anders machbar ist. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen:)

Eine der tollsten Ferienwohnungen in denen wir bisher gewohnt haben. Sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet, ruhig, großer Garten, frische Blumen auf dem Tisch und Begrüßungsgetränk im Kühlschrank. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wären gern noch länger geblieben. Vielen Dank!

Tolle und saubere Unterkunft. Großer anliegender Garten mit schöner Aussicht. Es ist alles vorhanden in der Küche. Liebevoller Gastgeber, war immer sofort da wenn man ihn brauchte. Vielen lieben Dank Andreas!
