Outside, enjoy a fully enclosed, gated yard with a front deck, bar seating, grill, outdoor dining area, and a firepit—ideal for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or evenings under the Texas sky.

Guests have private access to Unit A and full use of all outdoor spaces. While the property is a duplex, the second unit is not currently being rented or occupied, giving you exclusive use of the yard and exterior amenities during your stay.

Self check-in is seamless with keyless entry. Free street parking is available directly outside the home, and one gated parking space is also available on-site.
