Beautiful apartment centrally located and 150m to the beach

The Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen is a municipality in the northern part of the Nordwestmecklenburg district in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. As a recognised seaside health resort, Boltenhagen bears the title “Ostseebad” (Baltic Sea resort).
Boltenhagen is located north of the small towns of Grevesmühlen and Klütz, about 20 kilometres west of the Hanseatic city of Wismar, 30 kilometres east of the Hanseatic city of Lübeck, and approximately 125 km from Hamburg.
This charming town is known for its long, fine-grained beach as well as the many recreational and sightseeing opportunities nearby. The holiday rental is located right in the centre, next to the Boltenhagen Kurhaus at the end of the pedestrian zone, yet it’s still very quiet!
This two-room apartment is on the ground floor of a well-maintained eight-unit building with a beautiful terrace and shared garden. It’s only about 150 metres to the beach and the pier. The wonderful cafés “Schokoladen Helden” and “Pralienchen” are right in the building next door, and for fresh rolls in the morning, the bakery is just 40 metres away. Otherwise, various shops, a pharmacy, restaurants, and more cafés in the immediate vicinity are within easy reach. Large supermarkets are located at the town entrance and are also just 2–3 km away. The apartment has a living area of 60 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people. These include: 1 bedroom with a bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) with access to the terrace, and in the living room, a fold-out bed (110 x 200 cm—it sounds funny, but it’s very comfortable!!) as well as a sleeper sofa (140 x 200 cm). A travel cot and a high chair can be provided! Furthermore, the holiday rental features a large bathroom with a shower (floor heating) and a spacious, walk-in shower area, a heated towel rack, a fully equipped kitchen that flows seamlessly into the living area, and direct access to the beautiful, large terrace and garden.
A parking space is also available for you in the property’s private car park. The daily rental rate is based on a maximum of 3 people; a 4th person (must be at least 12 years old!!) costs an additional 10€ per person per day!! Bedding and towels can be booked for a small fee. Please note that the visitor’s tax must be paid on site!
