This luxury, modern and spacious apartment in a pre-war brownstone building is on a tree-lined quiet street in one of New York City's greatest neighborhoods, the East Village. It is two blocks away from Union Square. Access to subway lines 4,5,6 and N, R, Q and Whole Foods, Trader Joes and all kinds of restaurants/bars. Walk to the West Village, Soho, etc. The apartment was recently renovated with high-end appliances, bathroom fixtures and furniture. Decor has been done by a well known designer.
