2-room apartment on the 1st floor of the well-maintained "Domicil" residential complex, 45 m² of living space with a balcony, accommodating up to 4 people:

- Living area with a sleeper sofa. 1 armchair and 1 ottoman, wall unit with TV
- dining area for 4 people integrated into the living area
- direct access to the balcony from the living area (south-facing, furnished, covered)
- fully equipped separate kitchen with dishwasher and oven
- Bedroom with a double bed (2 single mattresses, 90x200 cm) and TV
- Bright, natural-light-filled bathroom with shower and toilet

A washing machine and dryer (for a fee! for shared use) are located in the building.
The parking space is located in the underground garage. Bicycles can be stored in the bike room in the building’s basement.


Pets are not allowed in this apartment. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony!
