The River Run Kennebunk

The River Run is a beautiful, bright, and spacious newly constructed 2 bedroom apartment. The primary bedroom features a queen bed with a balcony with sweeping views of the Kennebunk River, and a smart TV. The 2nd bedroom has a plush full bed. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked with all necessities you may need during your stay. High end appliances throughout. Living room has ample seating, with another TV and a mini split to keep you comfortable. Just over a mile to Dock Square!

Between the apartment, the location, and my deep commitment to hosting, I’m confident that you too will deem it 5 stars worth!

Located on Summer Street, The River Run is the perfect combination of peaceful and serene, whilst being close to all of the attractions the kennebunks have to offer - just over a mile with sidewalks the entire way to Lower Village and Dock Square. A short drive to downtown Kennebunk and various beaches.

The apartment is newly constructed boasting high cathedral ceilings to let the sunlight pour in. Open concept for convenient entertaining and gathering. The private balcony overlooking the yard and river is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail!

There is a great firepit in the yard that guests are welcome to use during their stay. If you`re more athletic and adventurous, you might even try launching your SUP or kayak from the property to explore the Kennebunk River!

This is a shared property with the owners who live in the main house. They are extremely respectful of guests` privacy, but they are also very friendly and warm people who love engaging as well. They let the guests lead. They do own a black lab, Dewey, who is the sweetest boy who loves to roam his property.

After a day of exploring town, you can look forward to coming back home to your peaceful retreat to relax and unwind at the end of the day!

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, and the private balcony. Guests may also use the fire pit and the yard, but these areas may be shared. If the owners are aware you`d like to use the firepit, they will always let you use it in private.

Please message or defer to me first with any questions. Dave and Michelle, the owners, are very kind people and will assist in anything if needed but it is preferred that the communications go through me first.

This is a shared property so we ask that guests be mindful of that. As mentioned, they do have a black lab named Dewey. He is off leash enjoying his yard, and he is the friendliest boy!
