Our home features a large 40,000‑gallon pool. During the cooler months, even with the heater running, the water typically stays between 70–80°F due to seasonal temperatures. Please note that the final water temperature depends on outdoor weather conditions, especially during colder nights. If you would like to add pool heating to your stay, just let us know 48 hours in advance.

We had a great stay at this Bonita Beach property. The home is spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. The pool was a highlight—large, well maintained, and perfect for relaxing and having fun.The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops nearby.The hosts were friendly, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. The owner also resides on the property in a separate area, which may be helpful for guests to keep in mind.Overall, a very positive experience and a great place to stay in Bonita Beach.
