An infrared sauna and whirlpool bathtub provides a cozy end to the day.

The open kitchen is fully equipped: Cutlery and (cooking) utensils are provided, a ceramic hob, oven, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment are also part of the equipment, as well as a toaster, kettle and coffee maker.

A small ALPS RESORTS starter set with dishwasher tabs, dishwashing detergent (sample), sponges, garbage bags, cleaning cloth and tea towel is ready upon your arrival.

Kényelmes, konfortos 10-12 fő részére is. Közösségi tér kifejezetten hangulatos. Örvendetes lenne ha a síbusz bejönne a házak közé.

Aufenthalt im Haus für 12 Personen

Das Haus ist schön. Das große Wohnzimmer in der oberen Etage und das Schlafzimmer oben waren einladend und geräumig. Es gibt allerdings Abzüge für die Beschreibung und die Räume im Untergeschoss. Wir haben für 11 Erwachsene gebucht. In dem 4-Bett Zimmer ist schon ein Aufenthalt mit 3 erwachsenen Personen nahezu unmöglich. Es ist extrem klein (ca 7-8 qm) und dadurch kein Platz für Gepäck von 4 Personen. Das Doppelbett ist nur 120cm breit, da können 2 Erwachsene nicht bequem schlafen. In den anderen Schlafzimmern waren die Matratzen teilweise keine 2 Meter lang. Im Untergeschoss steht für 8 Personen nur ein geräumiges Badezimmer und ein separates WC zur Verfügung, da ein Schlafzimmer ein (winziges) en-suite Bad hat. Das Haus liegt in einer Kurve am Steilhang. Vor dem Haus bestand die komplette Straße und der Zugang zum Haus aus einer einzigen Eisplatte, was jeden Gang aus dem Haus, besonders für Senioren, zu einer gefährlichen Rutschpartie machte. Gleiches gilt für die Parksituation. Trotz mehrfacher Bitte an der Rezeption, den Weg zu streuen, passierte nichts, um die Wege begehbar zu machen. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, jedoch kaum Platz, um den Wäscheständer, ohne dass er überall im Weg steht, aufzustellen. Für 12 Personen nicht empfehlenswert, für 8-9 ok.
