This property is in a great location and an amazing property. It would be great for families with kids. It had places for us to visit as a family in a relaxing setting and the kitchen is big enough to cook for a crowd. We got to see dolphins in front of our dock and watch boats pass by. The only thing that could be better is the water pressure in the showers but not an actual issue, just a preference.

While there were a few minor hiccups (electric lock got knocked out by lightning, and a fire alarm that loved to chirp) those issues were immediately addressed. The house is well stocked, if you forgot something it’s probably there! The gameroom, theater, pool spa were awesome. The rooms were immaculate. Overall a 9 out of 10 the landscaping could use some love and the pool deck had vegetation growing through the pavers in several areas. Other than that it would be an easy 10. We left wanting to immediately book another bit longer family get away. Our two adult children and their spouses along with the grandkids never got in each others way - there’s plants of room for everyone! Bonus points for the Christian decorations tastefully throughout the house!

We had such a wonderful stay at this property! The home was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and very well-stocked with everything we needed. It felt welcoming right away and had plenty of space for everyone to relax.The outdoor space really made the trip special. The pool and spa were both fantastic — perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. We loved being right on the water. We fished off the dock, kayaked through the canal, and even saw dolphins swimming nearby, which was such an unforgettable experience.The location was peaceful yet convenient, and communication with the hosts was excellent throughout our stay. They were responsive and helpful, which made everything seamless.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, waterfront getaway!

The overall experience was incredibly disappointing, e.g.: check-in and access struggles, the air-conditioning repair required on 2 separate floors that I (!) had to monitor, the leak from one of those repairs that I (!) had to mop up, the general disrepair and clear lack of maintenance on display at the property, and no check-out instructions nor communication of any kind provided on the last day. It is worth noting that while an offer was made for us to move to another location on our 2nd day given the problems we were experiencing, we were only in town for 4 days. So, that was effectively a non-alternative.

Exceptional!!! Even better than I expected. This home is so welcoming and inviting. The host was very kind and accessible. You immediately feel at home when you walk in. The pool was always warm and the jacuzzi was always hot. There were even some incredible unexpected surprises. Definitely loved it. Definitely will book again.
