Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain und ist daher auch etwas dunkel. Zum Strand und zur Promenade sind es nur wenige Minuten. Die Ausstattung ist der Beschreibung entsprechend. Die Küchenmesser ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die genannte Stereoanlage ist lediglich ein Mono-Radio. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen absolut ausreichend.
