Schimmelbude

Was soll man sagen, ich versuche es kurz zuhalten. Check in bei Agentur war OK. Es ist kein allein stehendes Haus! Der Parkplatz ist für einen Twingo geeignet, mehr nicht. Direkte Eingangstür ist das Schloß fast defekt gewesen. Haus war nicht gut gesäubert worden, nicht gelüftet. Sehr sehr kalt innen. Man musste sich ab der zweiten Nacht einen extra gekauften Heizlüfter dazu stellen und die ganze Nacht laufen lassen. So kalt war es! Die Dusche steht mehr oder weniger im Garten, mit einem Plastikdach ist sie ausgestattet. Das Dach weist definitiv Schimmel auf. Die Tür zur Dusche innen auch. Im Schlafzimmer über dem Fenster, wurde mehrfach darüber gestrichen. Anhaltspunkt auch für Schimmel im Schlafzimmer. Der Warmwasser Boiler, hat nur für eine Person Warmwasser, 3 Minuten und 30 Sekunden insgesamt. Wurde mit meiner Uhr gestoppt. Nach mehreren Stunden erst möglich zu Duschen, für die zweite Person. Gleichzeitig Abspülen nicht möglich. Sehr wenig Geschirr vorhanden zum Essen Kochen. Der Gasherd auch zum Teil defekt, 2 von 4 Felder kaputt. Im großen und ganzen, das Geld echt nicht Wert. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist gut. Wer sich Schimmel und Kälte antun möchte, ist hier herzlich Willkommen. 10 Tage haben wir es insgesamt ausgehalten.

Leider nicht wieder

Es war sauber und wie beschrieben auch die Schlüsselübgabe war reibungslos. Die Agentur war sehr freundlich und wir hatten auch keinen Stress mit der Abreise. Die Dusche funktionierte super muss aber unbedingt mal ein neues Dach bekommen!!!! Sie funktioniert mit einem Boiler daran muss man sich erstmal gewöhnen, abwaschen und entspannt duschen ging nicht. Einrichtung war wie beschrieben aber die kleine Mini Couch war absolut zu wenig. Man musste zum größten Teil auf alten wackligen Stühlen sitzen, wo man sich entspannt Italienisches Fernsehen ansehen konnte, kein deutsches Fernsehen !!!! Küche war alt aber super. Alles da was man braucht außer vielleicht ein Backofen. Aber es ging auch ohne ganz gut. Das Haus verfügt über eine Klimaanlage aber es war dennoch in den restlichen Räumen immer etwas kalt. Auch im Bett hat man ab und an gefröstelt da es kein ordentliches Bettzeug gab nur dünne Decken. Großes Plus war der Garten mit Terrasse. Die hat so einiges wieder gut gemacht. Wir hatten unsere zwei Hunde dabei die sich da sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Was auch unserer Entspannung gut tat. Der Parkplatz war viel zu klein wir mussten uns quer stellen damit wir mit unserem Auto rein kamen. Erst vor Ort haben wir erfahren, dass nur ein Auto mit Max. 4 Meter länge erlaubt ist. Wir waren in den Herbstferien da und es hatte alles zu!!! Wir hatten echte Probleme was zu essen zu finden! Nach einer Weile weis man wo man etwas her bekommt aber das war am Anfang sehr frustrierend. Alles zu und die Fähre fuhr auch nie, da der Herr wahrscheinlich keine Lust hatte und wir mit unserer 8 Jährigen Tochter nicht über 15 Kilometer Fahrrad nach Bibione fahren konnten, auf Hauptstraßen!!! Also sind wir durch die Geisterstadt Lignano gefahren und fanden tatsächlich ein schönes Restaurant das sogar offen hatte. Der Strand war super nah ca. 700 Meter vom Haus absoluter Pluspunkt. Aber leider waren wir da auch sehr einsam… Also wir können nichts ganz schlechtes sagen, dass Haus war wie beschrieben und man hat sich schnell daran gewöhnt das man um 21 Uhr ins Bett geht aber wir werden dennoch in Zukunft andere Objekte suchen zumindest im Herbst ist es nicht empfehlenswert.
