This luxurious and surprisingly spacious corner house (left part of middle block) is located right by the Kreischberg ski area, in a new and modern alpine resort. The house is particularly tastefully furnished and fully equipped. The lifts and slopes are within walking distance. The centre of the cosy village of Sankt Lorenzen, with nice shops and restaurants, is within walking distance. The local train stops right behind the resort. Discounts on ski and bike rentals, depending on the season!
This holiday home is located on a corner in a row of 3 houses. Two parking spaces are under a carport and one parking space is in the parking garage. One parking space under the carport has a communal charging station for an e-bike.
In winter there is a fantastic and snow-sure family ski area with over 40 km of slopes and modern lifts for your feet. The fun park is among the absolute top in the world! Major competitions are organised here every year. For cross-country skiers and winter hikers there are numerous possibilities here. Do you feel like sledging? That is also possible here!
In summer, a visit to the beautiful medieval town of Murau is highly recommended. Here you will find many nice shops and sociable terraces. Besides beautiful hikes in the mountains, you can also hike or cycle along the Mur cycle path. This is a famous cycling path along the river Mur in the region. There is a fantastic golf course 2 km from the house. You will also find an outdoor swimming pool with a large sunbathing lawn within walking distance.
In summer as well as in winter, this region is the ideal place for the active holidaymaker. Experience the tranquillity here too, because this region has not yet been discovered by mass tourism. You can still enjoy the pure Austrian friendliness and numerous traditions. As far as nature is concerned, the region is incredibly beautiful and full of traditions
