Guest Access

Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry room, backyard, and pool.

A few owner closets are locked for supplies, but everything else is yours to enjoy.

Other Things to Note

House Rules at a Glance
• Guests are required to sign a rental agreement directly with us
• 🕓 Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on cleaning schedules, but cannot be guaranteed
• No parties or outside visitors
• Maximum occupancy strictly enforced
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No smoking inside the home

🌧️ No refunds for weather/power/natural events — travel insurance recommended. Refunds, where applicable, are less a $150 cancellation fee.

★ EVENTS ★

Events, gatherings, celebrations, or commercial use of the property are not permitted without prior written approval and payment of the event fee.

Approved events are subject to:
An additional event fee (varies by size and use, up to $500 per day)
Refundable security deposit of up to $2,000
A maximum guest count of 25 and must be approved in advance
Daytime hours only, no later than 9pm
Strict noise, parking, and cleanup requirements
No DJs, amplified music, or ticketed events

Any gathering exceeding the registered overnight guest count, or involving outside visitors, vendors, music, decorations, or organized activities, is considered an event.

Unauthorized events will result in immediate cancellation without refund and may incur additional charges.

Security & Noise Monitoring
Exterior cameras are installed for safety. Exterior noise monitors measure decibel levels only and do not record conversations.

Pool Safety
• Swim at your own risk
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Pool hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• No glass, diving, or rough play
