Inside, the cosy 4-room flat impresses with furnishings that leave nothing to be desired. It is ideal for four people, but thanks to a sofa bed in the living room there is room for an additional guest. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster and a fondue and raclette oven. The spacious dining area seats up to six people. Both bedrooms have a washbasin with mirror cabinet, ample storage space and a place to put clothes. The first bedroom with a double bed leads into an inviting arbour, while the second with two single beds has direct access to an attractive balcony.
The outdoor area invites you to relax with a small garden on the south side of the house. Equipped with a table, chairs, barbecue and parasol, it offers the perfect setting for cosy hours outdoors. There is also a parking space for one car and space for bicycles, including e-bikes, in a lockable garden shed. Right next to the car park is a modern charging station that supplies your vehicle with electricity from our new photovoltaic system.
Idyllic villages with all the necessary shopping facilities await you within walking distance of the holiday flat. In addition, the nature reserve and bathing area in the Reuss delta and the "Swiss Path" are just a 30-minute walk away. A wealth of activities such as mountain hiking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing are right on your doorstep. With various small mountain railways nearby and quick access to better-known destinations such as Andermatt, Engelberg and Lucerne via public transport, there are plenty of leisure activities on offer.
