Private: natural state property. In the house: WiFi, sauna, sun terrace. Bumpy motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 15 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Bad St. Leonhard Moosweg (West)" 14.9 km, bathing lake "Längssee" 35 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, chair lift 600 m, slopes 300 m, ski rental 300 m, ski school 2 km, sled run 2 km. Nearby attractions: Sommerrodelbahn, Klettergarten 2 km. Hiking paths: Koralm, Saualm, Lavanttaler Alpen. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Self-service vending machine for food and everyday necessities within 500m.

Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) extra). Shower/WC, hydro massage shower. Top floor: 2 double bedrooms. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Shower/WC, hydro massage shower, Sauna. Electric heating. Small balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Please note: non-smoking house. Fire extinguisher. Object AT9462.101.1 is right next to it and is almost identically equipped.

Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung Mangelhaft

Das Haus wird nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Alle Fenster und Balkontüren machten den Anschein seit Monaten nicht mehr geputzt worden zu sein, haben eine Balkontüre dann selber geputzt damit man wenigstens raus sehen konnte. Die Mülleimer in den Badezimmern waren vor Staub schon grau. Das Haus ist ein Holzhaus und wird mit einem Gaskamin erwärmt und dennoch war nicht EIN funktionierender Rauchmelder im Haus. Über die Klobürste Fang ich lieber gar nicht erst an, da diese einfach nur widerlich usw

The location of the hous is great. THe beds and the towels were clean. The house is well equipped and the sauna is fantastic. Only one comment regarding cleaning: The groundfloor was not not thorough cleaned.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und super ausgestattet.Das Einzige,was mangelhaft war,waren die fehlenden Rauchmelder in den Schlafräumen.Die Halterung war vorhanden, aber kein Rauchmelder dran.Sollte dringend nachgerüstet werden.

durch die Baustellen war alles sehr verstaubt, daduch war Essen auf der Terrasse schwer möglich. Bei der Dusche rann das Wasser schwer ab. WLAN Code war leider nicht zu finden. Eine Mappe mit Info-Material wäre hilfreich. Wir haben das in anderen Hütten gehabt, wie zB. Tel.Nr. vom Arzt. Wanderwege, Karten Sehenswürdigkeiten usw.

Wanderurlaub mit Kinder

Danke. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und sehr heimelig und alles total unkompliziert! Von der Hütte konnte man gleich super wegwandern mit den Kindern und für jeden Anspruch was dabei gewesen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
