In the cosy bedroom, you’ll sleep in supreme comfort on a box-spring double bed under temperature-regulating down comforters. In the living room, you can sit on solid leather sofas and armchairs or lounge on the comfortable sleeper sofa. As throughout the entire house, ceiling-mounted radiant heating is installed here as well, providing a pleasantly even distribution of warmth. In keeping with the style, all 8 windows of the apartment are fitted with sunny-yellow roller blinds for privacy; the hardwood floors make the rooms a pleasure to walk on and are just as easy to maintain as the bright, airy, and generously sized bathroom. Right next to the apartment complex, you’ll find the Mainkai Promenade, perfect for strolling and sunbathing; there’s also a well-run international restaurant with sun terraces, a lounge, and a vaulted cellar. Just 80 metres further up, the market square is lined with several restaurants—ranging from Chinese and Greek eateries to one of the best Franconian brewery taverns, the Bräustüble. You’ll also find bakeries, butchers, and all other shops for your daily needs within walking distance around the market square.<br>
